We took this account on in the spring ,it is one of 3 common areas in a neighborhood off auburn rd. ...when we started this account the weeds were almost knee high!!!
..ive only made one application to it about 5 weeks ago and its already to this point
Some fertilizer this fall and a good pre-emergent treatment in the spring will have it rivaling some of the more lawn savy neighbors
