With the lack of any real winter this year, be ready for the lawn season to start a bit earlier than normal. When the ground temperature nears 55 degrees, the lawn will begin to wake from its long winters nap. Looks for weeds to be in more abundance too. Since we didn't get a hard freeze this winter, I would imagine the mosquito's will be a challenge as well. I did see my first mosquito about a week ago.
