The Lutheran Foundation recently broke ground on the site for their new office! Located on the Concordia Theological Seminary campus, the building's style was inspired by the original campus architecture.

Saving energy and reducing your carbon footprint does not need to be unpleasant. Our team of engineers and architectural experts collaborated on a reroof and new solar system for the Grand Wayne Convention Center.

By combining essential building maintenance with forward-looking energy strategies, the design ensures the convention center remains efficient, resilient, and aligned with modern environmental goals.
