3/4" white oak solid hardwood thats entirely floating. Yep, no nails or glue assisting as per the manufacturer. This will likely be a more common floor here in the states relatively soon. Much of Europe has already started fitting these.

Here's to a new and unfamiliar method to install solid hardwood. I've installed hundreds* of nail down, glue assist and floating floors. Never a solid hardwood. So far, its been a bear to fit. But the hardest part isn’t the doing, its always been the figuring out how to, effectively.

What's frustrating? Ill go 1st. Waiting on permitting.

In the meantime, we were able to do a few small jobs ((short and sweet)) last week we got this bathroom done.... in 2.5 days! Absolutely moving. Albeit it wasn't a reno we have, often ill sub work from other area respectable contractors. This pic, is 1 of those examples.

This week, were blasting through 3/4 nail down for phase 2 indy that otherwise wasn't planned for some time.

Life feels on hold, waiting for approval for a bathroom that will stand as a testimony 🙏 🙌 for the craft I so dearly love.

Some projects mean a little more than others.

I recently had the opportunity to restore this baptismal pool for a local church. While it may not be the house of worship I worship with or my congregation, it's still a house dedicated to our Creator, and it was an honor to play a small part in preserving it.

The original pool had faithfully served since the 1960s and was ready for a new chapter.

I'm grateful that God gave me these hands and the ability to use them. Not every project is about the paycheck—sometimes it's simply about serving where you're able and helping care for something that matters.

I don't usually share these kinds of projects because they're not done for recognition. But I have to admit... this transformation turned out beautifully.

That said, I'll put the quality of our work up against just about anyone. We believe in doing it right the first time, building it to last, and standing behind every project long after it's complete.
Here's a recently finished half bath renovation—and I think it's safe to say this one went from ordinary to magazine-worthy. That sink? Absolute 🔥.

Its been a few down here while we tackled a few up north. However, an early morning and long day of grout was put in today to complete our indy project!
