- Install Flashing -> Water Resistant (prevent water from penetrating joints and building)

- Install #4 Rebar ; Dowel and epoxy into existing foundation (24in off center)

- Set forms:

FOOTING: 240FT
STEM WALL: 240FT L x 12IN W
