🔸remove all underlayment down to the decking and inspect/repair (if needed)

🔸 upgrade you to synthetic underlayment and ice & water shield

🔸 replace (and paint match) the old roof pipe-jacks and roof vents with new ones

🔸 photo document everything for the homeowner and insurance

🔸 send you step-by-step update photos throughout the day

🔸 supplement with your insurance company to pay for any extra cost so you’re protected (such as removing multiple layers of felt or any extra repairs)
