Spring time is knocking on the door and we answer the call, we didn't want to damage this root system that had a leak under so we cut both sides of the leak and led a new line away from the roots altogether. Hooked it back up and that's another happy client!

The rain sure was doing a number on our clients yard here until we installed a French Drain system along the side of his property. Tying existing gutters into the drain system helps us ensure ALL the unwanted water is being moved from the yard and is just another business practice we use to give our clients the best service for their money!

Here's a quick before and after of some head raising. Over time heads can sink and they won't water your property correctly, raising them to level with the sod/grass is necessary in cases like these. Just a quick tip, thanks for looking!

Most people think they need to replace their heads when they wont stop leaking but the truth is your valve is most likely what's making the heads leak, here's a client who had a calcium buildup in his valve that wasnt allowing the diaphragm to close properly. Just make sure no dirt gets in the open line and your irrigation water is off before taking a valve apart for my DIYers, summer is around the corner!

We always tell our clients to keep their boxes uncovered, these house your electronic valves and backflow preventer and should always be able to be seen from walking the yard. When they get covered like you see in the first two pictures we have to locate them and that can be an expensive service. A simple line edge once a month should be adequate to save you from a headache down the road, keep following us for more small tips!

One of our commercial clients wanted to go wireless, kind of ironic how much wiring it took to make it happen! 48 zones and two new controllers later they are operating on Wi-fi! These new controllers are good for operating the system from a phone app and automatically shutting the system down in case of freezing or rainy weather. If we can handle their 48, we can handle your 6. New controller installation is one of the many services we perform without breaking a sweat.

Last week we had an emergency leak to attend to! We went out there at 8pm to get the water back on for the homeowner but their doublecheck was defective. We went in with a solid gravel and brick base and upgraded their doublecheck to ensure they wouldn't have issues for a WHILE. Above and beyond is how we operate!
