Replaced some transition strips in Chapel Creek.

My neighbor said they just started bubbling up. Normally, they wont do that on their own unless moisture gets to them. So, if you have the engineered wood in your home, be sure to not let spills sit for too long. The spill that caused this particular calamity turned out to be under the couch, which left both of us scratching our heads

A small pre-sale renovation in Roanoke yesterday.

Replaced the dishwasher, microwave, and master toilet. Also a few other things around the gouse including some blinds, a mirror, and fixed the sliding door lock so it actually engages.

Fence replacement in Parkview Hills.

This one included 2 rotten wooden posts to dig out which we replaced with steel. Glad I had Gavin bringing some muscle.

I can't believe builders are STILL using wooden posts in new builds. I know it saves them a couple hundred bucks but they just don't last.

Was called to a rental house in Marine Creek Estates for a water leak that was feared to be a foundation leak.

Tenant said water was in the hallway and under the water heater. Traced it back to the AC drip line (right in between the hall and WH) and found it was clogged.

It's a little hard to see but the second photo shows standing water and the 3rd is after I snaked the pipe and the water is actually dripping properly. After snaking the pipe, I added some vinegar via the baster I use for tight spaces.

Vacuumed underneath the blower unit and water heater and am leaving it open for the time being so it can fully dry.

Owner was relieved that it wasn't something more cereal.

Cabinet k**b installation in Lakeside.

These were custom made cabinets. Its hard to tell from the pictures, but the face of the drawers didnt really have a good flat spot for the handles, which is why we chose to mount them on the outer frame vs the center. All are straight, uniform and solidly mounted for this future Airbnb.

TV mounting near Saginaw.

This one was just a tad bit challenging as she wanted the TV to line up with the love seat, but the nearby walls were angled so it was tough to get a good measurement without my laser. Followed up the TV with some copper leaves above the fireplace to complete the decor.
