A 197.4ft long hallway with assumed width of 54in… but that really varies from 52 to 55 inches in width.

Apparently for 7 years that this building has been standing, nobody dared to make a ceiling happen due to that complexity… and the fact that the height also varies depending on where you are standing…

So, no right measurement anywhere…
But they called the right team to handle this 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

We were asked to remove all popcorn from this house (thank goodness) and we saw a wet, damaged part.

Removed it, braced it, patched it, mud it, and finally re done.

Nobody will be able to tell there was a problem. We made it look new!

A client called us. They had a leak and water damage in their basement.

We removed the horrible previous patch, washed the walls with DRYLOK etch and cleaner. Then we applied hydraulic cement to all walls, and then we painted the walls with waterproofing paint.

We also removed moldy drywall and studs, then installed new studs with mold-resistant drywall.
