We got a call about a couple decades old leaky drafty windows and we got them upgraded to some efficient modern ones.

This living room needed some love. Along with the rest of the home, it got new floors, the faux beam was planed, sanded and stained so it didn't blend in with the ceiling anymore. The mantel was updated to a modern wood style and stained to match the faux beam. Popcorn ceilings scraped, new texture, and the whole room got fresh paint. A candlight chandelier to finish off and give the room new life.

Maybe someday wallpaper will make a comeback but not today. Same with the disconnected whirlpool bath tub and valves that couldn't be shut off. Wallpaper removed, new tub and valve, tiled floors and tub area, added a exhuast fan, rerouted the vanity lights from a single ceiling light to double wall mounted lights.

This shower was a hazard to anyone who needed to use it! Leaky valves, the tiled floor was heaving and cracking from the shower pan being done incorrectly. We removed the drop soffit in the shower to get a full height shower, added a exhuast fan, new shower valve, and worked with a designer to get safe, sleek, and most important a working shower again.

Complete refresh for this kitchen. No more sticky drawers, swollen countertops, leaky valves. Removed the drop soffits and popcorn cealings. All new cabinets with soft closures, quartz countertops, faucets and appliances.

We got the call about a floor that needed to be replaced after a line burst and flooded the home. Homeowner wanted us to address the living room floor that had an 1" valley in the middle. 13 bags of self leveling, move some furniture around and the home owners have a new flat floor to enjoy.
