This customer needed some additional doors for an incoming tenant.
We removed the old slider door then cut out and reframed an opening to accommodate a 20’x18’ Sectional door.
On the front side of the building, the incoming tenant needed a loading dock space, so we cut out and framed up a 12’x12’ Sectional for them to utilize once the dock pit is poured!

We are making some progress on this project!

The scope on this project is to cut out two holes in the walls, frame the openings to accomodate sectional doors and then install the doors.

This one had a sliding barn door in place before and we removed that, framed out a 20’x18’ opening and installed a door.

We will be returning to trim it out when we move on to the next door.

A builder of ours bought these openers for a project and were going to have us install them. The end user customer changed up what they wanted and my customer has asked me to help get them moved.

These are great rolling door openers.
