These are progress photos of the new Frost Bank Concrete Foundation we are currently pouring, it takes a team to get this done, thanks to Frost Bank, Spaw Glass General Contractors, SRM Ready Mix, Barnsco Rebar, Void Forms, Allied Drilling and several others that make the project actually happen!!

The Company extends a huge "Thank You" to all the men and women that worked so hard these last few months to make the big paving job at BEK Foods in Fort Worth a Success!! These guys moved 9,000 CY of dirt, placed 2100 tons of base rock, poured 2,000 CY of 10" concrete pavement, one ten foot curb inlet, 250 LF of 18" storm drain, 2 ea. light pole footers plus much, much more! This job was tough working around live utilities, heavy truck traffic each day(food business never stops) and bad weather, never the less, it was completed on time and below budget. Once again, we appreciate every one of you, we know how tough it is working in the outdoor elements, and with these conditions, you made it happen!! I took a few photos this morning of the completed product, Looks Great, especially with the sun just coming up, Thank you also to our customer Ben E. Keith Foods, Taylor Cherry, Construction Manager for his cooperation, Holcim Concrete for great service, Barnsco, Inc. for rebar and supplies when we needed it, all of you made the world go around for us at CCR Concrete!! We Love You and God Bless Every One of You!!

December 7th, 2024 Was the date for our Annual Company Christmas Party and Bar B Que. We cooked brisket, ribs, turkeys, pork shoulder and sausage. Thanks to all our men and women for all you do to keep us successful!!

Topping out ceremony at The SMU Smith Perkins Hall Connector Building. The last pour was made on November 29th 2023. Congratulations to the SMU Crew and all the support we had from ownership, EC Build , And all our suppliers that allowed us to finish one week ahead of schedule!!

Tuesday we completed the 4th and final floor of the new SMU connector building at Smith Perkins Hall. Our crews have shown a can do professional attitude throughout the whole project !! We are proud of each member !! We can always get it done with these men. They planned it well, have zero accidents and #1 quality! Remember this little saying one of my old boss men always repeated:
“When you fail to plan, you plan to fail “

Gittin it done, 3rd floor was poured today at SMU Smith Perkins Hall Connector Bldg. Thanks to EC Build GC, SMU, Brundage Bone Concrete Pumping, SMR Ready Mix, Godwin Forms, Barnsco Rebar and Arco Supply, and most of all our CCR SMU crew, Good Job!!

Our SMU crew getting it done on the 2nd floor at the new connector building. This will connect Smith and Perkins Halls which are being gutted and remodeled by EC Build.

Getting our foundation piers in at the new Connector Building at Smith-Perkins Hall on the SMU Campus. The old Dorms are being gutted and brought up to today’s specifications and a new connector building will connect the two. A very difficult project with no real estate to work with. But our guys in the field are up to and willing to solve the issues each day. Thank you to all our crewmen, ECBuild General Contractors and SMU for allowing us to participate in your exciting project!!
