Since opening PRIM, it has been our desire to create a different contracting experience. Our goal is to generate long lasting relationships with our clients, architects and subcontractors.

As a construction project manager, you will provide leadership for multiple aspects of controls - costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, managing contractual issues from the project start up to the project completion and close out process. Do you have 4 - 6 years of commercial construction project management? Do you have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management or equivalent? Do you have experience with multi-family construction? Come join our growing team!

As a construction superintendent, you will oversee, manage, and document all day-to-day job site activities including OSHA safety compliance in collaboration with the project manager. You will direct the subcontractors according to the project plan. Do you have bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline? Do you have 4 - 6 years of commercial construction project supervision? Do you have experience with multi-family construction? Come join our growing team!
