J. Caldwell Custom Pools J. Caldwell Custom Pools is a Fort Worth based custom swimming pool builder. Caldwell Custom Pools was founded in 2007 by John Caldwell and Taylor Christopher.

They both desire to have an intimate, "hands-on" approach to serving customers in the swimming pool industry. They have great communication skills and a supreme attention to detail which has resulted in a successful partnership of creating and producing swimming pools and back yard escapes loved by their clients.

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Swimming Pool Sales Agent / Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with homeowners, creating custom outdoor living concepts, and closing high-value sales opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
• Meet with prospective customers to understand their vision, budget, and backyard needs.
• Design custom swimming pools and outdoor living spaces that match each client’s lifestyle.
• Present design concepts, options, pricing, and project recommendations professionally.
• Follow up with leads, build strong customer relationships, and guide clients through the sales process.
• Work with the construction and office teams to help ensure a smooth transition from sale to project start.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated personality with the ability to manage leads and follow up consistently.
• Interest in swimming pools, outdoor living, home improvement, design, or construction.
• Experience with pool design software, CAD, or 2D/3D design tools is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to meet customers in person as needed.
