Siedzik Construction Siedzik Construction was established in 1975 by Raymond Siedzik. It has been a family owned and operated business since its inception.

Ray Is a Master Carpenter with almost 50 years in the industry,
and his son Scott is a carpenter with close to 24 years of experience. The Company is licensed and insured, and now lead abatement certified. Over the past 35 plus years, Siedzik Construction has built and remodeled homes
across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut and reaching

On this home the lower roof had a very low pitch, and zero ventilation. This caused serious moisture damage, and had been for 19 years. We removed the old roof and reframed a new roof with a 4/12 pitch. Allowing for much better drainage, as well as being able to ventialte the roof properly. All buttoned up and you'd never know we were there

Before and after complete exterior remodel. All new Certainteed double 4 vinyl siding. Along with veratex composite trim. This customer wanted vinyl siding, without the typical look of j-channel trim. All the windows and doors are trimmed in 5/4"x8" and 5/4"x6" stealth channel versatex. All the materials are 100% composite along with trim mouldings. 5/4"x8" water table with a 2 1/2" sill start the siding off, and it's finished with a 5/4"x8" freeze board. All facias and soffits were removed and reinstalled with versatex trim. There are also four circular tops/radius that were made on site out of the versatex material. A lot of time and effort went in to this project, and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. And most of all the customer loves it
