Frankart Electric & Mechanical is looking for a motivated, detail-driven professional to join their team in Northwest Ohio.

💰 $70,000–$80,000/year
📍 Full-time | Overtime & weekends as needed

This is not an entry-level “show up and coast” role — this is for someone who wants to be involved in real projects, real impact, and real growth.

What you’ll do:
• Interpret drawings & support field crews
• Assist with estimating, takeoffs, and bids
• Manage materials, schedules, and project flow
• Work between office + field to keep projects moving

What they’re looking for:
• Background in Electrical, Construction, or Engineering (Associate’s or higher)
• Experience with tools like AutoCAD, BIM, Bluebeam (preferred)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Someone who takes initiative and gets the job done right

Physical Demands

This position operates in a casual office environment and routinely requires use of standard office equipment. Physical demands to include but not limited to sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 20 pounds, transfer of deliveries to shelves, and keyboard use hands/fingers.

Maintaining vendor, customer & equipment files
Payroll
Marketing to include but not limited to coordination of website, social media, recruitment etc.
Safety Data Management and required reporting.
Serve as a backup to the duties of the office manager.
