I keep freshwater near these hives and the bees 🐝 have been enjoying it.

Algae helps clean the water naturally & provides a soft landing spot for without the risk of drowning.

Sometimes just watching the I tend to is relaxing. ☺️

Honeybees use water to cool their beehives and prevent overheating. 🥵

Here is a honeybee colony inside of a chimney in Upper Sandusky, Ohio that I am preparing to start next week. 🌞 Today I limited myself to two minutes on the roof in this hot weather. They are very calm bees and did not mind me poking around at all without any smoke to calm them down.

I’m so glad we completed this project in Upper Sandusky, Ohio before this week of super hot temperatures in Ohio!
