New windows in an old house. Some jobs don't show the amount of effort that it takes to do a good job. A 140-year-old solid brick house is a challenge to install windows into properly. Azek trim on the outside will require very little maintenance.

Our latest Karndean project. Karndean is not like vinyl laminate floating floors in that with Karndean each plank is glued in place. This particular style comes in variable lengths and widths. Thanks to Ansonia Lumber for providing the material.

This mezzanine is in the shop portion of the barn that I shared pictures of a few days ago. The posts were salvaged from the barn that was razed to make room for this barn, and the brackets were fabricated in the owners fabrication shop. He will also be building and adding a custom guard rail.

Karndean Flooring: Looks like wood or tile with the maintenance of vinyl.
