Hopwell United Methodist Church: 225 years of history. A new space for generations to come.

P+F Construction is proud to celebrate the completion of Hopewell United Methodist Church’s new 5,774-square-foot sanctuary in Simpsonville. The congregation gathered for its first Sunday of worship in the new space on August 2, marking an exciting new chapter in a story of ministry and service that spans more than two centuries.

P+F served as the Design-Build partner, working alongside Hopewell and Equip Studio from planning and design through construction to create a space that honors the church’s rich history while supporting its continued growth and ministry.

Church projects hold special meaning for our team because their impact reaches far beyond the building itself. We’re grateful to Hopewell for trusting P+F with a space where families will worship, grow and gather for generations to come.

Renovation Spotlight
Greer City Hall

P+F Construction recently completed a series of interior renovations at Greer City Hall, continuing a trusted partnership built through successful work on previous projects.

This project included the addition of a new third-floor conference room, a new Mother’s Room, new City Hall office space and relocated HR file and storage space—all completed while City Hall remained fully operational.

With a tight schedule and construction taking place within occupied working spaces, careful planning and coordination were key. Our team mobilized mid-May with a required June 30 completion date—and delivered the project ahead of schedule with no major disruptions to the City’s normal day-to-day operations.

From preconstruction planning through final completion, this project reflects what a People First approach looks like: understanding our client’s priorities, planning around the people we’re building for and delivering on our commitments.

We’re grateful to the City of Greer for their continued trust in P+F!

Another project complete!
📍 Taylors, SC

P+F Construction recently wrapped up a new 8,640 sq ft warehouse and office facility for Hardscapes Unlimited, designed to give their team the space they need to operate more efficiently today and continue growing for years to come.

The new facility features a spacious warehouse with five bays, along with three offices, restrooms and a welcoming lobby. After Hardscapes Unlimited completed the initial sitework, P+F stepped in to complete the building and septic system, bringing the new facility across the finish line.

We’re proud to deliver a space that supports Hardscapes Unlimited’s day-to-day operations and provides room for continued growth.

We're honored to see the opening of Capstone Church's expanded campus celebrated across our community.

As Steve Foushee shared, "From the beginning, every decision was rooted in how this facility could better serve people and advance ministry." That purpose guided every phase of this project, and we're grateful to have partnered with Capstone Church and Equip Studio to help bring that vision to life.

Congratulations to the entire Capstone Church family on this exciting new chapter.

Thank you to the Greenville Journal for highlighting this special day and the lasting impact this campus will have on the Fountain Inn community.

The building is complete, but its story is just beginning. Stay tuned for more photos of this incredible space.

540 yards. 3 pours. One exciting milestone.

Upstate Church Five Forks is taking shape. Over the course of three pours, our team placed more than 540 yards of concrete to create the foundation for what will become a new space for worship, community and connection.

Projects like this require careful planning, strong trade partners and a commitment to getting the details right from the ground up. We’re grateful for the opportunity to help bring this vision to life alongside our partners and look forward to sharing more progress in the months ahead.

P+F Construction is proud to announce the completion of 101 South Main Street, a Class A mixed-use development featuring modern, flexible tenant spaces in the heart of Downtown Fountain Inn.

From preconstruction through final closeout, our team provided full project leadership — coordinating with the owner, design team, consultants, subcontractors and the City of Fountain Inn to keep the project moving with a focus on safety, quality, schedule and cost control.

Delivering new construction in an active downtown environment requires proactive planning, clear communication and careful coordination of access, staging, deliveries and surrounding properties. Through strong preconstruction leadership and seamless project management, P+F helped bring this project from concept to completion with efficiency and excellence.

We’re especially grateful for our ongoing partnership with Bryan Beal and Innovative Hospitality & Development Group, whose continued investment is helping shape thoughtful growth throughout Upstate communities and beyond. Projects like 101 South Main Street reflect our People First commitment to building spaces that serve people, strengthen communities and contribute to the momentum of local downtown revitalization.
