This ceiling fan hasn't worked in 5 YEARS, making this large room with a 20ft vaulted ceiling very hot and the rest of the house an icebox. We tackled this project by removing the fan and running new wires through a 10ft downrod. We then replaced the remote module. This week we installed a new meter/panel combo and relocated the interior panel for this homeowner. He was renovating his kitchen and laundry room. He needed his electrical system to be able to handle all the modern appliances. We upgraded him and now he can run the dryer and oven at the same time. We just finished this trim out of a master walk-in closet addition for this homeowner. We installed multiple outlets, wafer lighting on a motion sensor switch and a mini-split circuit. We also moved several switches to extend the mud room, then added even more lighting and outlets there. In addition, we added a ground bar to separate the neutrals and grounds because it was a 4 wire feed to the subpanel and they were tied together.
