This is going to be one nasty remodel! Ugh the stipple on the ceiling is some nasty work! The pic don't show just how far down the tips come!! I think who ever did it surly had no idea what he was doing! Home owner wants us to match it! Ugh ugh ugh!!! Guess what when this job is done by Charlie the home owners will be very happy! That's our goal to make them happy!
