🚧✨ Another exciting remodel underway by JCAR Builders in Goldsboro, NC! ✨🚧

We recently kicked off a full bathroom renovation project and, as with many older homes, we uncovered some major structural issues once demolition began. 🛠️🏠

Our team removed three layers of existing subflooring to expose the original floor system and address the underlying problems properly — not just cover them up. After inspection, we identified multiple damaged floor joists that required reinforcement, so we sistered the joists to restore strength and stability to the structure. 💪🔨

Once the framing repairs were completed, we installed brand new 3/4” Advantech subflooring to create a strong, durable, and level foundation for the new bathroom finishes. 📐✅

From there, plumbing rough-ins got underway! 🚿🚽🔧 The plumbing system was updated for:
✨ New shower fixtures
✨ Vanity fixtures
✨ New toilet installation
✨ Custom shower drain hookup
✨ Installation of the new Onyx shower pan

This project is already coming together beautifully, and we’re excited to continue transforming this space into a stunning finished bathroom for our client. 🙌🔥
