🔷Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to support network operations for a major financial institution. This role focuses on Cisco SD-WAN configuration, circuit Test & Turn Ups (TTUs), carrier coordination, and advanced troubleshooting.

This role handles router/switch refreshes, carrier coordination, and advanced troubleshooting.

🔷Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco SD WAN routers using Cisco vManage.
• Lead circuit TTUs, create SNOW change tickets, and guide onsite technicians.
• Track installed/pending carrier circuits and update HNB documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers (AT&T, Lumen) and internal HNB teams (Provisioning, Cybersecurity).
• Capture before/after router images and support router/switch refresh projects.

🔷Required Skills:
• Strong experience with Cisco vManage, 8200/8300 SD WAN platforms & IOSXE
• Proficient in router CLI changes and carrier circuit troubleshooting, switching, VLANS and IP Management/circuit install
• Ability to build router configs for SD WAN TTUs.
• Familiar with MM fiber, copper circuits, and SFP components.
• Effective leadership during onsite TTUs.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet Ed Campbell

Ed brings a strong work ethic and a “learn it fast and get it done” mindset to the team. He loves getting out in the field for on-site visits and making sure things are done right for our clients.

Ed's most important role in life is father to his 11 children. He said one of his proudest life moments is seeing all of his adult children earn college scholarships... we may need Ed to host a parenting webinar on that topic because that is the pinnacle of impressive.

When he’s not working, you can find him playing basketball in a men’s league, traveling to cool places, or showing off his hidden talent for dancing. He’s also got great taste in cars, with an S550 Benz at the top of his dream list.

Around the office, Ed says Jon McLachlan is the go-to person for a laugh, which tells you a lot about the kind of team culture we value here at KW.

2025 was a busy year of growth for our IT team, and that’s a beautiful thing for the businesses we support🤝

Across our managed clients, we handled over 5,500 helpdesk requests and more than 25,000 monitoring alerts. But the bigger win is this... a large majority of issues were fixed before users ever noticed a problem.
