Do your trees stuff your gutters every fall? It might be time to finally say yes to a leaf guard system before fall is here!

🚨 STATE FARM POLICYHOLDERS — THIS IS WORTH A LISTEN! 🚨

Do you have State Farm and aren’t sure why your roof claim was denied? Or maybe you’ve heard about neighbors getting denied right off the bat?

🎥 Take a few minutes to listen to the video linked below. It may help explain what many homeowners are experiencing when filing claims.

We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with insurance—especially when you feel like you’re fighting just to receive the coverage your policy provides.

That’s one of the many reasons having an experienced Public Adjuster acting as your advocate can make such a difference. A Public Adjuster understands the policy language and coverages extended and works for YOU, the homeowner or business owner during the claim process.

✅ Help you understand your policy and coverage
✅ Communicate and negotiate with the insurance company
✅ Properly document the damage to your property
✅ Take the stress and confusion out of the claim process
✅ Advocate for the settlement you’re entitled to under your policy

Don’t assume a denial is the end of the road. If you’ve been denied, underpaid, or simply aren’t sure whether your claim was handled properly, it may be worth having a professional take another look.

👇 Watch the video below, and reach out if you have questions about your claim!

This one is definitely not your average roof! Our crew is making serious progress on this massive, incredibly detailed roofing project. Steep slopes, many roof lines, lots of curved sections, huge valleys, with multiple chimneys and specialty copper work — every section requires planning, experience and precision.

on a project like this, having the right equipment matters. Big shoutout to RP Rents for getting us set up with the Magni lift that’s helping our crew safely access some of the toughest areas of this roof. 🙌

The new copper valleys are going in beautifully, and we can’t wait to show you this one when it’s finished.
Big roof. Big equipment. Great crew. Getting it done. 🌴🔨

These storms just keep coming this summer!!! Pop up storms are nothing to write off, in fact the storms not talked about, often times end up hitting the biggest. Last night Pingree Grove, Huntley, Gilberts through Lake in the hills all got a good whack from some 1” to 1.5” hail…

If this storm affected your home then why wait! Now is the time to see if your roof, siding, gutters or metal work can be replaced by your insurance! Here at Key West we provide free inspections 7 days a week - give us a call at 224-908-3970 to set one up!
