We received a call from a client who was having issues with his cooling system. The unit was no longer keeping his home as comfortable as it should be. When checking out the situation, it turned out his unit was out of date - it really needed some attention. We suggested he consider getting it replaced entirely, but he opted to try and squeeze one more year out of it. Respecting the client's decision, we rolled up our sleeves, brought in our high-quality replacement components, and did our best to get his unit back up and running.
