Frigid cold on the way next few nights. Unfortunately, this is NOT the time to try to conserve fuel at home. Turn your thermostats UP the next few days (At least 68°F) and leave kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors open to prevent pipes from freezing. The money spent on fuel could be far less than the expense of repairs to plumbing and heating systems!

After 38 years of faithful service from this Burnham, it was time to upgrade this boiler and water heater. We used another Burnham, this time the X-204 coupled with a Heat-Flo 50 gallon stainless steel indirect water heater. We added Grundfos Alpha 2 circulators, Taco Zone Sentry zone valves and a Spirovent magnetic air separator.

This customer was growing tired of cold showers after his wife and daughters beat him to the bathroom. We removed his 50 gallon conventional tank gas water heater and installed this Navien gas source of "Endless hot water."
