Here is a recent in floor heat job that we just completed. The system is powered by a lochinvar combi boiler with 6 different zones. The customer will be able to fine tune the temperature in every room in the house. We chose to use a lochinvar boiler because of their reliability, efficiency, and capability to heat domestic water with an on demand hot water loop.

We are looking for an experienced HVAC tech or licensed plumber. Pay is based on experience and ability. If interested please call 219-567-9400

We are also looking for a helper to assist with our hvac and plumbing jobs, no experience is required.

Lastly, we are also looking for farm help. This fall we will need either a truck driver capable of hauling grain from the field to nearby bin site or a grain cart operator. We will also possibly need help beyond fall.

In floor radiant heat roughed in before the slab is poured. 1/2” hepex oxygen barrier tubing spaced 12” apart in 300’ loops. We will be using a combi boiler for this install. This home will also have radiant tubing installed throughout the house on top of the subfloor. More pics to come
