Working a vaulted ceiling on this new build, extension pole and all. Windows are fully protected with plastic before anything gets rolled, keeping the space clean while the crew moves through the higher sections efficiently. Rooms with tall ceilings and angled walls like this one take more planning to get even coverage everywhere, especially up near the peak. Good progress on this one.

New builds are always a fun project for us since we get to be part of a home from the very beginning instead of restoring or refreshing something already lived in. Before a sprayer ever gets fired up on the exterior, everything that isn't being painted gets fully protected, including this window. The whole team pitches in to get large surfaces like this wrapped and taped so overspray never becomes a problem. It takes extra hands and extra time, but it's part of what keeps the finished job looking sharp everywhere, not just on the surfaces we're actually painting.

Take a look at this refresh in Midland. The before shows a home with a color the homeowners loved, but years of wear had left it looking faded and tired. The after is a similar color, just brought back to life with a fresh coat. Sometimes a home doesn't need a new look, it just needs the existing one restored. This is one of our favorite kinds of projects because it proves how much a simple repaint can renew a home's whole presence.

This Saginaw project had two challenges working against it: a large amount of stone that needed the right primer to hold paint properly, and siding that was peeling pretty badly in several spots. We used Loxon Masonry Primer to get the stone prepped and ready, since regular primer just doesn't grip stone the same way. Combine that with proper scraping and prep on the peeling siding, and the whole exterior came together into a completely different look. This home is a great example of what the right products and process can do.
