Customer called and said they had lights flickering and didn't know why. They called the power company and found this burnt connection. We were on it ASAP and had the customer up and going.

We received a call late in the afternoon about a customer with no heat and a tripped breaker. Without hesitation I went and got underneath the house to find this mess. The disconnect was completely melted and had been on fire. Within a few hours everything was back up and running as if nothing had happened. Thankfully the breaker tripped or this could have burned up 4 apartments.
