I've been in business a long time here friends and I really work hard on taking care of our customers, rather it's getting to an emergency, working with people's budgets whatever i have to do to help and feel like I done all I can at the end of the day , with that said I've had a couple customers call me a little aggravated that I haven't got to their tree yet it has been an extremely wet year for us and it takes more than 1 or two days of really good weather to be able to drive the proper equipment into back and side yards some areas we cant even use mats because its a really wet and steep grade and besides the ground condition issues we've also had several storms producing lots of emergency storm damage. That we always work hard to make priority to make people's homes safe . With that being said, I will work harder on staying in touch and sorry for any inconvenience in scheduling. I'll always be working hands on on our jobs to insure customer satisfaction and I really appreciate all of your business thank you and bless you all .
