Dangerous cold in Chicago area the next few days. Please take precautions for yourself and your family & pets with limited time outside and also your home.
Homes water pipes- drip faucets on exterior walls, open cabinets to allow warm air circulation to keep from freezing or bursting.
Your vehicle's if parked outside- cold temps wreak havoc on the battery, belts, & radiator system.
(Batteries die, belts can snap, coolant can freeze... which can leave you stranded)
