Drainage done right 👊💧

For this Lake in the Hills homeowner, our team installed underground downspout extensions with solid 4” PVC piping, proper slope/grading, a debris filter, and pop-up emitters to help move water safely away from the home and protect the foundation from future water issues. Another clean and efficient solution by the Atlas crew. 🏠

For this project, the Atlas team installed a full underground drainage system including Hydraway drainage, PVC piping, tunneling under the sidewalk, and new pop-up emitters to help move water safely away from the home. 💧

Proper drainage is one of the most important parts of protecting a foundation long-term — especially during heavy rain seasons here in Chicagoland.
