Water....one of the most destructive forces when it comes to a home. You might recognize this home. Sadly only approximatley 3 months after completion of renovation, the home owners had a horrible flood. We are back upstate replacing the hardwood floors and repairing any damage....
Things happen thankfully they had insurance!
