We have single digit weather 🥶 in the forecast coming next weekend.

Here are some things you can do to prepare ✅

If you have a thermostat that uses battery power, check the batteries 🪫 and maybe even change them out to fresh ones 🔋.

If you have a central air system, check your filters to ensure they’re clean so your system can breath easily. Dirty filters puts a lot of stress on the system.

Make sure you shutoff the water 💧 supply that feeds your hose connections outside of your home 🏡. Also disconnect the hose from these connections. This will help prevent a freeze and a burst pipe.

It’s that time of year….again. Please check that your heating system turns on & any filters are replaced. Make sure plants did not grow over sidewall venting penetrations. Please check carbon monoxide detectors & replace batteries if required. If you require a maintenance please give us a call. Stay warm & safe.
