Friends! Let’s try and put the construction out of our minds, take Bully Hill and get up here for this wing buffet. Open regular hours from 11 to 8. Eight flavors of chicken wings, white cheddar mac & cheese, and fresh cut fries. $16 fills that face of yours! We have orange dreamsicle cheesecake and butter pecan cheesecake.
We have red velvet cake along with our chocolate Milky Way cake. Something for everyone friends. Have the best day.!

The first weekday morning of the 15th Street closure in Franklin brought heavy traffic and power troubles. A tractor-trailer travelling along Bully Hill — the detour which is designated for passenger vehicles — struck guide wires around 5:45 a.m. Monday, pulling down power lines.

Traffic backed up significantly along Third Street as flaggers worked to redirect large commercial vehicles, which are strictly prohibited from the 4.6-mile local detour route.

Penelec crews spent the morning repairing utility poles and restoring electricity to neighborhood residents caught in the chaos.

Meanwhile, workers along the closed section of Route 8 in Franklin are working around the clock to complete paving before the road is scheduled to reopen on Thursday morning at 6 a.m.
