We paved this one last year. Today it received its 1st Seal Coat. We then recommend Seal Coating every 2-3 years. Looking forward to maintaining this driveway for this longtime customer for many years to come!

B&T is seeking an Asphalt Crew Roller Operator/Lute Man/Shovel Man with experience in the following areas.
-Asphalt Paving and Patching
-Utilizing an asphalt lute experience a must
-Front loader and milling machine experience a plus
-Asphalt roller experience a plus
-Paver operating experience a plus
-All other asphalt related duties
It is desired that the applicant have experience in the before mentioned areas. In addition to that experience, successful applicants need to be skilled in the following:
-Ability to take direction from management
-Working under hot conditions for 8+ hours
-Effective communication
-Safe driving and trailer pulling/backing experience
-Mechanical capabilities (ability to assess and resolve minor mechanical problems)
-Team Player mindset, willingness to perform other asphalt and concrete related duties during out of peak asphalt season.
General Requirements:
-High School diploma or GED
-Drug Free, ability to pass drug screen
-Safety First Focus
-Valid Drivers License
-Punctual
-Pass a background check
PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE

B&T is seeking a Seal Coating Supervisor with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the following areas:

-Asphalt Cleaning

-Hot Rubber Emulsion Crack Filling

-Seal Coating with mechanical spray systems (Truck spray bar experience a plus)

It is required that the applicant have experience in the before mentioned areas. In addition to that experience, successful applicants need to be skilled in the following:

-Planning and Coordinating daily work loads

-Leading and Managing a crew of 2-4 to complete work efficiently

-Effective communication with customers, management, and employees

-Safe driving and trailer pulling/backing experience

-Mechanical capabilities (ability to assess and resolve minor mechanical problems)

-Team Player mindset, willingness to perform other asphalt related duties during out of peak seal coating season.

General Requirements:

-High School diploma or GED

-Drug Free, ability to pass drug screen

-Safety First Focus

-Valid Drivers License

-Punctual

-Effectively operate technology (cell phone, email, gps)

-Willing to submit to background check
