Located in the heart of Nashville’s Gulch, this 0.41-acre site was transformed into a multistory electric vehicle showroom for Rivian through strategic planning, technical expertise, and collaborative problem-solving.

M2 Group provided a full suite of services, including due diligence, land surveying, civil engineering, entitlements, construction administration, geotechnical investigations, and landscape design.

While the finished showroom speaks for itself, the work behind the scenes was anything but simple. From comprehensive infiltration testing to complex utility coordination—including a critical trunk line connection—our team developed innovative solutions to navigate the unique challenges of this urban site while supporting the sustainable vision of this LEED-certified community.
