Jeremy Cason has been awarded an On-the-Spot award by Lamar Ward!!! While working on a project, Jeremy identified a condition that needed a proper fire-rated system. Instead of simply overlooking the issue, he brought it to the GC’s attention and helped communicate what was needed. The GC then contacted our estimator, Mike Phillips, for pricing. Within two days, CIP had a contract for the additional work. This is a great example of why our field employees are so important to the continued growth of our Fireproofing Division. Lamar has stated that Jeremy’s knowledge, communication, and initiative helped identify an opportunity, provide a solution for our customer, and ultimately bring additional work to the company.
