Recently, CIP's Fireproofing division finished a great project!!! A spray-applied thermal and acoustical insulation was expertly installed. The standard white finish provides effective noise absorption and a natural texture. To ensure a precise application, adjacent surfaces in the 7,183 sq ft garage area were meticulously protected with 2-mil plastic sheeting, while structural steel was masked 3 inches down from the ceiling decking to achieve a seamless finish. This project, which utilized 127 bags of white K-13 material, was completed in an existing building, meeting the customer's standards.

Chuck Pistole received an On-The-Spot award from Lamar Ward! Although Chuck works in the commercial division, he helped the fireproofing division by coordinating with the superintendent at a jobsite and clearly communicating details to Lamar. While Lamar handled an issue at another site, Chuck's support saved him significant travel time with minimal effort. Lamar called this teamwork "the true definition of ONE CIP," noting that even small actions like this are important starting points. Thank you Chuck!!! You exemplified Excellence and Dependability!!!!
