Hill & Valley Landscaping is looking for skilled Crew Leaders. We’re seeking self-motivated, hardworking, team players to join our growing company. We specialize in hardscaping, drainage corrections, landscaping, and snowplowing. Weekend hours are available, but not mandatory. Once employed for 90 days (in good standing) you’ll receive half of your sign on bonus and the remaining 50% after 180 days.
Landscape/Hardscape Crew Leader:
-Able to supervise and run a 2-3 person crew
-Keep a safe and clean jobsite
-Experience driving dump trucks with trailers
-Valid Driver’s license
-CDL is a plus
-3+ years experience supervising crews
-Skidloader experience
-Positive attitude with good people skills
-Able to supervise and run (2-3) person crews
-Lift 50+ lbs. on a regular basis
-Have pride in your work, detail orientated, and able to work 40+ hours a week
-Pay $25-$35/hr. based on experience plus bonus
