We are looking for 5-10 responsible people who can take direction, figure out solutions to small problems on their own, and can shift their attention easily as the job demands.

We have open positions for those with varying qualifications:

Operators with at least 1 year of experience using powered mowers and equipment, including Bobcat skid steers and mini excavators.

Irrigation system techs with at least 1 year of experience cutting, joining, and laying out PVC pipe. Knowledge of programmable, underground irrigation systems is a plus.

Lawn care applicators with at least 1 year of experience measuring, estimating, and applying lawn care chemicals. An applicator's certification is a plus.

We offer good pay, some flexible scheduling, PTO, and holidays, a matching IRA, and advancement opportunities.

We have room for leaders and head down grinders. Experience using powered mowers and equipment, including Bobcat skid steers and mini excavators is a big plus. So is experience cutting, joining, and laying out PVC pipe underground irrigation systems. Finally, we need some savvy lawn chemical application techs who can estimate jobs, sell packages, and treat lawns. There is a great opportunity to make an hourly wage and a commission for lawn treatment all arounders. We offer good pay, some flexible scheduling, PTO, and holidays, and advancement opportunities.

Can you join us? We are looking for responsible mow route workers. We need you to have at least 1 year's experience using zero turn or stand on commercial mowing equipment; and the ability to drive a large pickup and trailer every day.
We require reliable, on-time attendance, a valid driver's license with no insurance issues, your careful eye for cutting grass in clean, efficient patterns, and that you are drug free. We'll pay a competitive wage with PTO and an IRA matching program, and you can usually work year round. A signing bonus is available after a successful 2 week trial period.

We are hiring experienced or teachable irrigation system technicians. If you can read a plan, measure and cut PVC straight and true, and can use glue and good sense, then we want to meet you. We use electric controllers and pumps, so some ability to handle connections and wiring instructions is helpful. You will also be required to use a shovel and a wheelbarrow and may also operate a Bobcat and mini excavator. We will train you. We also require the ability and willingness to plow snow in the winter -- we pay a premium for snow hours.
