Is your chimney leaking? Give Steeves Home Improvements a call today! This homeowner had many cracks in the mortar and was in need of some tuck pointing, her chimney flu was very old and wasn’t properly sealed, the cap on the top of the chimney was leaking from existing cracks and chips.The company that installed the chimney flashing wasn’t sealed properly either. We fixed all that was necessary and even put a coat of Thompson’s water seal on the chimney to seal up any small cracks or small holes we couldn’t see! Below our pictures of before and after this project! .

Here was a project completed by Steeves Home Improvements. This homeowner was having issues with improper ventilation in the home he just purchased. This improper ventilation was causing mold to form on the sheeting of his roof viewable from the attic. He also had soffit and facia problems around the home. The previous owners installed a vented vinyl soffit that was causing the home to have too much of an intake and was bringing moisture into the attic helping the mold grow. Our job here was to correct the improper air flow and remove all of the old moldy plywood… as we did!
We closed up all the holes after removing the old soffit . We replaced with all aluminum soffit minimizing the vented sections. We tore off the sections of the roof effected by the mold replaced the wood and added new baffles in the attic. We replaced the shingles with a new dimensional shingle ,matching the color to the other existing sections of the roof with new W style valleys.

This was a small repair a homeowner had for us to take care of for them. They had us replace a piece of facia on their garage that blew off and we noticed some siding was sagging so we got it back in place and re nailed it up. Big or small projects we do them all, we are just one call away!

This owner had a section of their gutter detach from their home. It needed to be remounted so they gave us a call. We checked out where the gutter creased to see if it was able to be saved and it was! We remounted with stronger brackets and use a sealent in the crease for any preventions of leaks. This was a small job for us like we’ve said before we are a small mom and pop operation licensed and insured and no matter the size of the job we always show up for our customers. Dont pay big companies and big company prices espically if you have a small job like this that needs to be handle!
