This week is National Safety Stand-Down Week—a time to pause, have real conversations, and refocus on what matters most: keeping our teams safe.

A Safety Stand-Down is a simple but powerful step. It’s taking time to talk about fall hazards, prevention methods, and the importance of looking out for one another on the job. It’s also a chance for employees to speak up about risks they see and for companies to reinforce safety policies and goals.

At Lee Mechanical, we’re putting that into action. Our team has developed specialized daily toolbox talks, and we’ll be out on jobsites all week hosting lunch & learns to keep safety top of mind.
