Architectural 3D and CAD

I have OCD when it comes to some of my work practices.
When I go to draw as As-built for a client, I take all the things pictured below and then some.

2 Laptops, (Laptop in back has a check list taped to the back of it) 3 Laser tapes, Back up batteries for every tool, Extra thumb drives, Spare mouse for each computer, Protractor- 1 extra in each vehicle, Squares, Tri=pods for lasers, and a note pad with mechanical pens (Has to be mechanical and extra leads, I cannot use wood pencils)

Why extra thumb drives? Because if something happens to the laptop, I have all the work backed up on a thumb drive. After so many hours on the job, the work eventually becomes worth more than the laptop itself. And yes, I did drop a laptop down a set of steps before, but it remained functional (This time)

I also carry Water, Advil, Benadryl and food

This building was a Barn converted to a small workshop (Industrial space) and now drawn as a residential project.

Start of another project. I drew these renderings as a start for some folks in Bernardsville, NJ

The 2D drawings are rough as this is only being used by myself in the design phase.

Our scope: Draw the Kitchen and Floor plan layout. Provide Cabinets and Millwork Install provided products.

Gaggenau and Thermador appliances. Both of these companies offer a great product, but I hate to see appliances mixed.

We draw what we build, and we build what we draw if our clients are local to us.
