From demolition to the final seal coat, this project came together beautifully! We removed the old porch, walkway, and step areas, rebuilt the foundation with a compacted base and reinforced concrete, then finished everything with stunning exposed aggregate concrete, decorative stained borders, and a protective Super Diamond Clear sealer. 💪🔥

We also upgraded the drainage system by replacing the downspout beneath the walkway to help keep water moving away from the home for years to come. ✨

The finished result delivers outstanding curb appeal, durability, and a custom look that truly stands out. Another beautiful Bethel transformation from start to finish! ❤️

This chimney upgrade is officially complete and looking great! Our crew removed the old deteriorated crown, replaced the undersized flue with a new 12" x 12" flue for a more uniform appearance, and constructed a brand-new 4500 PSI fiber-reinforced concrete crown built to withstand Michigan's toughest weather. 💪

To finish the project, we installed three new flue covers to help protect the chimney from moisture, debris, and unwanted critters. ✨

✅✨ Major Exposed Aggregate Transformation Complete in Clinton Township! 🏡🧱

This project turned out absolutely stunning! We completed brand-new exposed aggregate front, side, and rear porches, steps, walkways, and landings, all accented with beautiful custom stained borders for a truly one-of-a-kind look. 🔥

One of the most unique features of this project is the addition of glow stones throughout the exposed aggregate porches and walkways, creating a subtle illuminated effect after dark that adds both beauty and character to the property. ✨🌙

The upgrades didn't stop there! We also removed and replaced an approximately 80' x 15' section on the right hand side of the driveway with matching pavers and professionally sanded and power washed the remaining driveway to tie everything together with a clean, refreshed appearance. 💪

From the custom concrete finishes to the decorative glow stones and paver enhancements, this project is a true showpiece. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out! ❤️

The project was finished with a brand-new 4500 PSI fiber-reinforced concrete crown, freshly sealed flashing, and additional tuckpointing repairs near the side entry door to strengthen and refresh the surrounding masonry. ✨

The project was finished with fresh 100% polymeric sand and water activation to help lock and bond the pavers together for long-term durability and stability. 🔥
