Busy weekend for Blake’s Landscaping LLC! 💪

This weekend, we knocked out a variety of projects for our customers.

We completed a farm hydrant installation, which required a little problem-solving along the way. The existing water supply was a 1-inch PEX line, so we adapted it properly to accommodate the new 3/4-inch farm hydrant.

From there, we built a new staircase for the same customer. Next up will be the railing, along with some final seed and straw to get everything cleaned up and finished.

We also completed a junk removal job over the weekend and helped another customer get their property cleaned up.

Need something done around your property? Reach out to Blake’s Landscaping LLC today for an estimate or proposal. For smaller projects, we may even be able to provide pricing right over the phone.

No job is too big or too small.

Another landscape transformation wrapping up in Mount Airy, Maryland! 🌱

This project was a big one, and we’re proud of how it’s coming together.

We started by completely de-weeding and clearing approximately 1,800 sq. ft. of existing landscape beds and converting that space into a new tall fescue lawn, tying it directly into the existing tall fescue side yard.

Here’s what went into this project:

• Removed 30+ shrubs by the root
• Graded and prepared 1,800+ sq. ft.
• Hauled away approximately 24 cubic yards of green waste
• Removed 8 cubic yards of excess fill
• Removed another 2 cubic yards of miscellaneous waste
• Installed 1,800 sq. ft. of fresh tall fescue sod
• Transplanted several existing plants
• Installed a new front-entry plant package featuring two hydrangeas and two beautiful crape myrtles, including a stunning red-blooming, dark-leaf variety

We’ve got roughly another 5–6 hours of cleanup and final details before this one is officially in the books. The crew is working hard to stay on schedule and leave the property looking clean and finished.

One thing we take seriously at Blake’s Landscaping LLC is transparency and organization from day one.

Before we start a project, we do the boring work — because it saves everyone headaches later.

Our proposals clearly lay out the primary objective, detailed scope of work, quantities, materials, allocation costs, labor, and expectations for the project. That means our crew knows exactly what needs to happen on your property, and you know exactly what you're paying for.

Transparency is our goal — with our customers and with our crew — and it continues to serve us well.

Fall is also one of the best times to invest in your landscape. Whether you're considering new plantings, sod installation, landscape renovations, aeration and overseeding, or general property improvements, now is a great time to get your property healthy and established for the seasons ahead.

If you've been thinking about getting a landscape project done, give Blake’s Landscaping LLC a call and let's get your property on the schedule. 🌱
