Hello Everyone!

We here at Bella T's Plumbing are hoping that you all are well. We wanted to send out a post and make a announcement. Colorado has passed HB23-1161, and it took effect on January 1st, 2026. This law requires natural gas appliances reduce emissions. Due to this law, the cost of water heaters are rising by $300. Our website has been updated to reflect this change. Our current price of $2,100 for a 40, or 50 gallon has risen to $2,400. We can offer heaters for $2,100, until our supply house run out of their current stock and have to purchase the new ultra low nox models. If you call now, we will tell you that the cost is $2,400. We will call the supply house to see if they have the lower cost units in stock, if they do, we will lower the cost to the $2,100.

Pricing change alert.
Hello family and friends. It's with great displeasure, that we have to announce a upwards change in our pricing. The unfortunate state of things rising in costs has forced our hand, if we want to stay open. All of our prices have been updated on our website. Www.bellatsplumbing.com . Our hourly rate has risen from $175 for the first hour and $125 for the second hour, to $225 for the first hour and $150 for the second hour. Our water heater prices have gone up $100 due to the manufacturer increasing the costs of the tanks. Lastly we added a Diagnostic Fee of $60. This fee is for finding out the cause of the problem to figure out the solution, or to verify information given to the homeowner by a third party. We will always show up and look, estimate and do simple tightenings for free. Please reach out to us if you have any questions. Thank you for your time.

We are a small plumbing company. Our rates are hourly for labor, with a 1 hour minimum. Parts that we supply have a small mark up of 30%. We based our pricing to be more affordable. We are slightly higher priced than a small few, far below the big companies, and provide the same quality. We strive
