Throwing it back to one of our favorite retail transformations.

Shops West at Arvada Marketplace in Arvada, CO started as an aging strip mall. We removed sections of the existing structure and created three new open plazas with stone pavers and planters, brought in all-new utility services, updated every space with new rooftop units, lighting, and fire sprinklers, and finished the exterior with decorative steel, stone veneer, aluminum wall paneling, and stucco.

From outdated to a space the community actually wants to be in. This is the kind of work we love doing across Colorado.

Most people only see a fire station once it's done. We want to show you what it takes to get there.

Right now, we're standing in the excavated strip footing of the apparatus bay's south wall on this fire station project. That trench will eventually anchor the wall where three bay doors open up to 56th Avenue, putting trucks on the road in seconds when a call comes in.

This is the part nobody usually sees. The part that makes everything else possible.

Meet one of the best plumbers in the business, the guy who shows up before the sun with a smile on his face, works in the dirt so you don’t have to think about what’s under it, and takes pride in every single pipe he touches.

This is the kind of work that doesn’t make the highlight reel of life… until something breaks. Then everyone’s calling a guy like this.

We don’t take shortcuts.

We don’t cut corners.

We just do the job right, every time.

That’s the standard.

We pumped 4 million gallons of contaminated groundwater out of the ground before we could even think about building this fire station. 🚒

Over the course of three weeks, we discharged approximately 4 million gallons at a rate of 250 gallons per minute

The filtration tanks you see in the background? Those were required to treat the contaminated groundwater sitting just beneath the surface of the site.

This is what most people never see. The problem-solving. The logistics. The weeks of work that happen before a single wall goes up.

Building isn’t just construction. It’s engineering solutions on the fly and doing whatever it takes to get the job done right.

That’s what we do. Every single time. 💪
