**We're Hiring: Construction Controller – Cindell Construction**

Join a well-established commercial construction company with over 40 years of excellence! Cindell Construction is seeking a Construction Controller to lead our accounting operations in a positive, clean work environment. We offer a flexible schedule and a strong team culture.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), payroll, and job costing
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and work-in-progress (WIP) schedules
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and audits
- Support bid reviews, contracts, and strategic decisions
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff

**What We're Looking For:**
- Experience with construction accounting and WIP schedules
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- ProContractor software experience is a plus
