Our project at Acorn Health in Frederick, MD consisted of the addition of 3 staff offices within an existing playroom. Our crews worked early/late weekday hours as well as weekends to minimize disruption to the littles attending sessions in the occupied space.

With a growing team, Arachnidworks founder Monica Kolbay & partner in all things Brian Kolbay opened up the third floor of their historic downtown building for more usable space. Expanding UP also meant expanding OUT: an exterior staircase was added to provide another egress that complied with City of Frederick Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) guidelines in addition to building codes.

Today's Lunch & Learn hosted by the Frederick County Building Industry in honor of was LEGENDARY! 💪🏼 Members of the American Rosie The Riveter Association Laurel MD Chapter shared stories of patriotism, grit and sacrifice as a generation of women joined a call to action during worldwide conflict

DYK female descendants of women serving the wartime efforts are known as "Rosebuds" while male decendants are known as "Rivets"??? 💕

Even more special was sharing the room with so many PWB colleagues and forming new connections with other 21st Century "Rosie's"!
