This June, we’re celebrating four incredible team members and the years they’ve dedicated to Warner Mechanical - Bobby (3 years), Sabrina (8 years), Steve (12 years), and Jimmy (46 years... woah).

From those continuing to grow their careers with us to the decades of commitment and leadership that help shape who we are, each of you plays an important role in our team every single day. Jimmy’s 46 years of loyalty and hard work is truly something special and deserving of recognition. You have truly been with us through it all since your start in June of 1980.

Thank you all for the pride you take in your work, the support you give your teammates, and the impact you continue to make across Warner Mechanical. Congratulations on your anniversaries!

It’s been a great month for Ben Hawley! After recently graduating from the Barr Institute at Hagerstown Community College, Ben has also been recognized as Warner Mechanical’s April Employee of the Month.

Ben continues to show up each day with a strong work ethic, dedication to learning, and a willingness to put in the effort wherever needed. We are incredibly proud of all he has accomplished and excited to see what’s ahead for him. Congratulations, Ben! 🎉👏

We would also like to recognize our other nominees - Robert Moriconi, David Patton, Zach Houck, and Cesar Vargas, and thank them for their hard work and continued dedication to Warner Mechanical each day!

Friday evening was a proud moment for the Warner Mechanical team as we celebrated Ben Hawley completing his apprenticeship program through the Barr Construction Institute at Hagerstown Community College. Earning this achievement takes years of persistence, long days, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow in the trade, and Ben has done exactly that.

Ben’s commitment to the craft have not gone unnoticed, and we are excited to see where this accomplishment takes him next. Congratulations! The entire Warner team is extremely proud of you. 👏

Each year from November through March, Carroll Creek Park in Frederick, Maryland transforms into a harbor of hope during Sailing Through Winter Solstice—where beautifully crafted boats light up the water and lift up local nonprofits.

This year, WCC was proud to come aboard as the nonprofit partner for RW Warner, Inc.’s vessel. Thanks to their incredible crew—and a wave of community votes for the USS RW Warner—this voyage raised more than $7,000 to support our nation’s Veterans.

We’re beyond grateful to everyone who helped steer this effort to success. Together, you’re helping us chart a brighter course for those who’ve served.
